With two kids under the age of 5, our minivan was pretty filthy but a week before we were set to drive 12 hours a full cup of coffee with cream and sugar was spilled in the front two seats. The entire car was covered in dog hair. You could barely see the see floor. I have no idea how Maki did it but the interior is spotless!!! I had Maki detailed my wife's car yesterday. We have 3 young kids, so our car is a disaster. I really wish I had taken before and after photos, because what he did was absolutely amazing.
Milk stains? gone. food ground into the floor? gone. And most amazingly, the crayon that was left on a seat and completely melted into the seat? gone as well.
He could not have been nicer, despite spending hours out in 90+ degree heat working on the car. And he is mobile, so he came to our house to do the work, saving me time and effort.
And to top it off, the cost was far more reasonable than I ever imagined.

The only “job” I had was getting everything out of the way so he could work his magic. When I say magic I mean MAGIC! My car is spotless from wipers to rims. It looks and smells like I just bought it and it’s 7 years old and very well loved. I went through 2 rainy summer festivals, a move, and a bridal shower (with so much pampas grass) and you would never know. He even was able to get seat stains out that have been there for years and other detailers told me couldn’t be removed. Everything was so exact down to his estimated time frame. And his price??? He shows up and literally didn't need anything from us; he even supplies his own water. With all of this winter weather we've been having, it was perfect to keep our cars clean inside and out. "WOW!!! I think Maki may very well be superhuman! This morning, our car was about 85% white dog hair, 10% peanut butter from dog treats for the aforementioned dog, and 5% dust. Maki came by early, and in a driving rain/lightning storm (I was actually terrified for his personal safety), spent HOURS upon HOURS meticulously detailing the car -- there is not ONE dog hair left or one smudge of peanut butter/dust/anything, the upholstery looks BRAND new, and it smells fantastic! It looks BETTER than it did when we picked it up...like we just drove it off the lot! He gave me up to the minute updates throughout the process and really is the definition of someone going above and beyond. He's SUCH a nice guy, too, and for the amount of work he did, the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. I would recommend him to any car owner in a heartbeat! I know we'll be calling him again the second we need another detail (I'm tempted to just start giving out his cards to random people -- I'd be doing them a service!) :-)"

"Super easy to book and handle payment/tip. He came to my house and was very professional. He texted me and was understanding that I was working from home and on the phone. My dog made a mess of my bag seat(I cleaned up as best as I could and Maki Motors handled the rest. I asked that he check on certain spots and he did. My car looks like I just took it off the lot. Any personal belongings he put in bags and placed on my porch for me and let me know via text (covid-19 going around and was very accommodating). Overall would definitely use this service again."

"I bought a AMG C43 Mercedes in matte. My first indication that I would have a problem was when the Mercedes dealer, after getting it inspected, said he didn't want to run it through the car wash bc of the matte finish. Wait, what? That began my research into matte finishes and why you should do your homework BEFORE you buy. Matte paint requires all kinds of TLC, like you really have to know what your doing to maintain the finish. I watched YouTube videos on how to wash and what special products to use, it was frustrating and exhausting. I looked on line to see if I could find someone to do this for me and found Maki. Not only did he do a SPECTACULAR job on my car, but he comes to YOUR house, WITH supplies even the water. His expertise, professionalism, attention to detail and honesty is impressive. I anticipate a long working relationship with him for many years to come,"

"My car had been suffering from dirt and pollution and lack of use. I called Maki Motors and I can't believe how easy and affordable it was to have the car looking better than new. Maki was friendly, accommodating, professional and did an absolutely amazing job. He arrived on time in a little blue hatchback and with little fuss (but a lot of hard work) washed, waxed and coated my car. I am so pleased with the results. "My car was flooded becuase I brought it to Best Buy and the mechanic removed the evaporation hose. Realizing that the bottom portion of my car was flooded, I called Maki and he offered to come over and remove my drain plugs for free. We spent the next hour or so pushing out about 2 gallons of water from underneath my car. Maki also was able to extract some water with his vacuum hose. And he removed the internal plastic frames next to the door so that the liner could be exposed and dry out.
Neither Toyota service nor any other local mechanics mentioned anything about the drain plugs or how to air out the liners. At best, some recommended rice and baking soda. If it wasn't for Maki's help, I probably would have shelled out at least $1k (probably more like $2k) to have the seats and center console removed to get the liner dried out. The liner is pretty much dry now. I will probably take to Toyota to make sure it is completely dry. But I greatly appreciate Maki's help. I made sure I paid him as a token of appreciation, and even then, he was reluctant to recieve this. He is genuinely honest and knowledgable in what he does. I would definitely go to him again for autodetailing services and beyond."
